Invelo’s [**AI Driving for Dollars (AI DFD)**](https://helpdesk.inveloapp.com/use-invelos-ai-driving-for-dollars?hsLang=en) tool helps real estate investors identify properties that are in distress by analyzing Google Street View images. With the latest update, AI DFD is now available for bulk property selection as well as single property analysis, making it easier to scale your research and manage [imported property lists](https://helpdesk.inveloapp.com/list-builder-vs-imported-lists-key-differences?hsLang=en) efficiently.   --- ### **What’s New** #### **1. Bulk Property Selection** - You can now run AI DFD on multiple properties at once, directly from the CRM or Prospects Database. - If you’ve imported your own list via CSV, you can manage that list in Invelo and run the AI DFD tool across all properties. This allows you to efficiently analyze large datasets without checking properties individually.  - Single property analysis is still available for more detailed insights. #### **2. Property Analysis Tracking**   - Invelo now tracks which properties have been analyzed with AI DFD. - Properties you’ve already analyzed can be excluded from later bulk scans to avoid repeating work or incurring double charges. --- ### **How to Use the New Features**   1.
