What is “Current Missing Data”?

The Current Missing Data section shows the number of prospect records in your database that are missing primary contact details, based on the total number of prospects you currently have. These missing fields can include:

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Mailing address (for absentee owners or out-of-state owners)

Without this critical information, your ability to engage with those leads—via phone, email, or direct mail—is limited.
