FAQs
Are sold properties automatically removed from my database?
Managing Sold Properties with Automatic or Manual Removal
By default, Invelo automatically removes properties that have been recently sold. The system checks for sold properties and moves them to the Lost lifecycle stage:
-
Growth and Professional plans → system checks daily
-
Starter plan → system checks monthly
How It Works
-
Properties sold within the last 4 months are automatically moved to the Lost lifecycle stage.
-
Properties sold more than 4 months ago are not removed automatically. You can still remove them manually by filtering for sold properties using the "Last sale date" filter and moving them to the Lost lifecycle stage.
Turn This Automation On or Off
If you prefer to keep sold properties in your Active database, you can control this automation:
-
Go to Settings > Automations.
-
Find Property Sold Removal.
-
Use the toggle to enable/disable the automation.
