Calling all phone numbers of the primary contact in a property record

Use Invelo’s built-in dialer to easily reach every number linked to a property’s primary contact

When reaching out to property owners, it’s common for a primary contact to have multiple phone numbers listed—such as mobile, home, or work numbers. With Invelo’s built-in dialer, you can conveniently call all phone numbers associated with the primary contact of a property record without manually dialing each one.

How It Works

Each property record in Invelo has a primary contact assigned to it. This contact may have several phone numbers saved in their contact record. When you initiate a call from the property record, Invelo’s dialer automatically queues all available phone numbers linked to that primary contact, allowing you to reach them through every possible line.

How to call all phone numbers of the primary contact

You cannot start calls from inside a property record. Calling all phone numbers for a property’s primary contact is done only by starting a dialer session from the Prospects CRM.
  1. Start a dialer session

    • From Prospects, select the property records you'd like to include in the dialer session before clicking Call. This will then start a new dialer session for the prospect(s) you want to call.

  2. Dialer behavior

    • The dialer will call the primary contact’s main phone number first.

    • If the call to the primary number does not connect (no answer, busy, wrong number, etc.), the dialer will automatically attempt the other phone numbers listed on that primary contact’s contact record.

    • You have the option to skip the number and proceed to the next phone number in the record.
    • The dialer cycles through the contact’s phone numbers until you connect or the contact’s numbers are exhausted.

  3. During the session

    • You’ll see each phone number as it’s queued/called in the dialer UI.

    • Mark call outcomes (Connected, Attempted to Contact, Wrong Number, Do Not Contact, etc.) in the dialer so records stay accurate.

  4. Update contact info if needed

    • If a number is incorrect or you reach a different person, open the contact record afterward and edit or add phone numbers so future dialer sessions try the best numbers.

💡 Tips:

  • Double-check that the correct contact is set as primary for the property—dialer logic depends on that assignment.

  • Use meaningful call dispositions after each attempt to keep your CRM data clean and improve future dialing success.

  • You can review or edit the phone numbers for a primary contact by opening their Contact Record. Make sure the numbers are up to date so you can maximize your chances of reaching the right person.

Why It’s Useful

  • Saves time by automatically calling all available numbers without manual lookup.

  • Ensures better contact reach rates by cycling through multiple numbers.

  • Keeps your outreach organized and efficient within a single property record view.

Using this feature helps streamline your communication process and ensures you never miss a chance to connect with the right contact for a property.
