Learn how to reach every owner linked to a property using Invelo’s built-in dialer
If a property has multiple owners, Invelo makes it easy to reach all of them directly from the property record. Using Invelo’s built-in dialer, you can call every owner associated with the property—no need to navigate through each contact record individually. Here’s how it works.
Each property record in Invelo can have one or more contacts linked to it. When you start a dialer session from the Prospects CRM, Invelo automatically queues all contacts with the record type “Owner” who have at least one phone number on file.
This means you can reach every listed owner of a property through a single dialer session—saving time and ensuring complete coverage.
You can’t start calls directly from inside a property record. To call all owners linked to a property, you’ll need to start a dialer session from the Prospects CRM.
1. Start a dialer session
From the Prospects view, select the property records you want to include in the session, then click Call. This will start a new dialer session for those prospects.
2. Dialer behavior

The dialer will automatically include all contacts on the property record with the record type Owner.

For each owner, it will call all phone numbers listed on their contact record.

If one number doesn’t connect (no answer, busy, wrong number, etc.), the dialer will move on to the next phone number for that owner, then continue to the next owner on the record.

You can manually skip any number and move to the next one.
3. During the session
You’ll see each phone number and contact name as it’s queued or called.
Mark call outcomes (e.g., Connected, Attempted to Contact, Wrong Number, Do Not Contact) so your records stay accurate.
💡 Note: Only owners with phone numbers attached to their contact records will be included in the call queue. If a contact record doesn’t have a phone number, that owner will be skipped automatically.
Update Contact Info if Needed
If a number is incorrect or belongs to someone else, open the contact record afterward to edit or remove it. Keeping phone numbers updated ensures future dialing sessions reach the right people faster.
