FAQs
Can I market to 2 contacts at the same time for one property?
Can I market to multiple people at the same property?
When running campaigns in Invelo, it’s important to understand how marketing works depending on whether you’re targeting prospects or owners/contacts.
Marketing to Prospects
When marketing to prospects (property-based marketing), you can only market to one contact (primary contact) per property at a time. This ensures that your outreach is streamlined and avoids duplicate or conflicting messages being sent for the same property.
Marketing to Owners/Contacts
When marketing to owners/contacts directly, you do have the option to reach out to multiple contacts tied to the same property. This is helpful in cases where there are co-owners, spouses, family members, or business partners associated with the property, and you want to ensure all decision-makers are contacted.
Summary:
- Prospects (property-based marketing): 1 contact per property.
- Owners/Contacts (contact-based marketing): Multiple contacts per property.
This distinction allows you to choose the best marketing approach based on your strategy and the type of audience you’re trying to reach.
