Yes! In Invelo’s List Builder, you can select individual properties from your search results. This gives you full control over which properties you want to add to your lists, skip trace, or include in marketing campaigns.

How to Select Individual Properties

1. Run a search in List Builder using presets, indicators, or custom filters.
2. From the search results, check the box next to the property (or properties) you’d like to select.
3. Once selected, you can:
   • Add to a list for ongoing tracking.
   • Skip trace to uncover owner contact information.
   • Add directly to a campaign to begin outreach.

Bulk vs. Individual Selection

• Individual Selection: Great when you want to handpick specific properties that match your criteria.
• Bulk Selection: Use “Select All” to add or process multiple properties at once.

Search by Property Address or APN

Aside from using presets, indicators, or filters, you can also search for a property directly using its property address or APN (Assessor’s Parcel Number). This is especially helpful if you already know the exact property you want to target.
