FAQs
Can I store records without a property address?
Is there a way to store records with just the property contact information?
Yes! You can now store contact records without a property address in Invelo.
With the release of Invelo’s Contacts CRM, you can import and manage contacts independently—even if they aren’t tied to a specific property yet. This means you can store leads, investors, or other contacts in your database and link them to properties later if needed.
How it works:
- When importing a list, simply select Contacts Only.
- You can include details such as name, phone number, email, and mailing address (if available).
- These contacts will appear in your Contacts page and can be managed just like property-based records.
This update makes it easier to organize and nurture your relationships, whether or not a property is already involved.
