Filter and analyze your communication history to stay on top of every lead interaction
Invelo introduced a powerful set of Communication Filters in Invelo’s CRM to help you track, organize, and analyze your interactions with leads more effectively. These filters utilize data from the Communications Table, giving you a clear picture of all inbound, outbound, and logged calls, texts, and emails so you can better manage your relationships and follow-ups.
Whether you’re identifying your most responsive contacts, reviewing outreach activity, or prioritizing your next calls, these filters give you full visibility into your communication history.
Available Communication Filters
Below is a breakdown of the new filters you can use, grouped by communication type and activity. All filters include logged activities, and outbound filters exclude failed statuses unless stated otherwise.
Property and Contact Filters
Calls

Last Call Date: Displays the most recent call (inbound or outbound, all statuses, including logged).

Last Call Outcome: Shows the result or disposition of the most recent call.

Number of Calls Made: Counts all outgoing calls (all statuses, including logged, excluding failed).

Number of Calls Received: Counts all inbound calls (all statuses, including logged).
Texts

Last Text Date: Displays the most recent text sent or received (inbound or outbound, all statuses excluding failed, including logged).

Last Text Direction: Indicates whether the most recent text was inbound or outbound.

Number of Texts Sent: Counts all outgoing texts (all statuses excluding failed, including logged).

Number of Texts Received: Counts all inbound texts (all statuses, including logged).
Communication Summary

Number of Times Contacted: Shows the total number of inbound and outbound interactions (calls, texts, emails, and completed appointments).
- Includes logged activities.
- Excludes failed outbound communications.

Last Contacted Date: Displays the most recent date of any interaction — call, text, email, or completed appointment.
- Includes inbound/outbound communications and logged activities.
- Excludes failed outbound statuses.

First Contacted Date: Displays the first recorded interaction with a contact or property.
- Includes inbound/outbound calls, texts, emails, and completed appointments.
- Excludes failed outbound statuses.
- Includes logged activities if direction is specified.
How to Use Communication Filters
- Go to your Prospects tab in Invelo.
- Click the All prospects button at the top right part of the page and then click on Add new filter.
- Navigate to the Communication Filters section.
- Select your preferred filters — you can combine multiple for deeper insights.
- Click Apply to update your results instantly.
Best Practices
- Use Last Contacted Date to identify leads that haven’t been reached out to recently and need follow-ups.
- Check Number of Times Contacted to spot your most or least engaged leads.
- Combine Last Call Outcome and Last Text Date to refine your outreach strategy based on previous interactions.
