Learn how to use sender profiles to engage with your audience
Creating multiple marketing profiles is useful when you want to:

Use different contact information for different marketing activities

Create different profiles for specific team members

Send marketing to various geographic areas using local contact info

Click on your "Profile" at the upper-right-hand side of your account and navigate to Settings.

Look for Sender profiles and select.
- Click the Add button to create a sender profile.
- Once the pop-up modal appears, enter the Profile attributes for the sender profile. Create a profile name, sender profiles first and last name, and select the timezone that will be used to send the marketing campaigns for this profile. It's important to set the timezone based on the timezone that your contacts are in.
- For direct mail, you need to add a sender address. Invelo recommends using a virtual mailbox or a PO box. (For security reasons, we advise against using your residential address in your sender profile.) The address listed will be the return address for direct mail.
- At the bottom of the pop-up modal for creating a sender profile, you can choose to enable it for either SMS, EMAIL, or RINGLESS VOICEMAIL.
- Enable Email marketing to use this marketing profile for email campaigns. Once enabled, the email address you integrated with SMTP will be available to choose.
- Enable SMS marketing to send text message campaigns using this marketing profile. A smrtPhone integration is required, as SMS marketing is only available through smrtPhone.
- Click Save. The sender profile you create will be available for use in marketing campaigns.
Note: The phone number you enter will be used for direct mail.
To send email marketing, you need to integrate an email service provider with your Invelo account. The campaign will use your email account as the sender for the marketing emails.
