Customize the Deal Details Form

Every real estate business operates a little differently — and your Deal Details form should reflect that. Invelo allows you to customize the Deal Details form so you can track the exact information that matters most to your team. Whether you want to add new fields, edit existing ones, or remove unnecessary ones, you can easily tailor the form to fit your workflow.
How to customize the Deal Details Form
You can customize the Deal Details form from two different areas within Invelo.
Option 1: Customize from a property record

Open any single Property Record.

Navigate to the Deal Details tab.

Click the Customize button.
From there, you can edit the form layout directly. This option is helpful if you're already working inside a property and realize you need to make adjustments.
Option 2: Customize from settings

Go to your Settings page.

Click on Forms.

Select Deal Overview.
This method allows you to manage the Deal Details form globally, making changes that apply across all property records.
What you can customize
Within the Deal Details form, you can:

Edit existing fields to update labels or configurations

Add new fields to capture additional data points

Delete fields that are no longer relevant to your process
This flexibility allows you to align the form with your acquisition, construction, and disposition workflows.
System fields
While most fields can be modified or removed, the following system fields cannot be deleted:

Scheduled Inspection Date
-
Construction Start Date
-
Construction Completion Date
-
Disposition Listing Date
These fields are built into the system to support core functionality and reporting.
