Using the Enrollments Tab to Track Workflow Progress

Track, manage, and troubleshoot all record enrollments in your automated workflows

The Enrollments tab helps you monitor the status and progress of records enrolled in your workflow automation. It’s a powerful way to see what’s happening behind the scenes and take action if needed.

okkip[[What You’ll See in the Enrollments Tab

When you click on the Enrollments tab, you’ll see a table with the following key columns:

Object

This shows the specific record or object that has been enrolled in the workflow automation (e.g., a property or contact).

Last Activity

Displays the most recent activity in the workflow for that record, including:

  • The status (e.g., Step completed, Skipped, Waiting, Failed)

  • The date and time of that activity

Enrolled

The exact date and time the record was enrolled into the workflow.

Details

Click View Details to open the Timeline and see a step-by-step breakdown of all actions taken on the record, including past and upcoming steps.


 

Tips for Using the Enrollments Tab

  • Use this tab to verify if a record was successfully enrolled and where it currently is in the workflow.

  • Check the Last Activity column to quickly identify any issues or delays.

  • Click View Details to investigate skipped or failed steps, or just to understand the full journey of a record.
