Exclude previously analyzed properties when using AI Driving for Dollars

Learn how to keep track of analyzed properties to streamline your AI DFD workflow

Invelo’s AI Driving for Dollars (AI DFD) tool now automatically tracks which properties you’ve already analyzed. This helps you avoid reviewing the same properties multiple times and ensures your AI DFD imports focus only on new opportunities. By excluding previously analyzed properties, you can save time, streamline your workflow, and build more efficient lead lists.

How it works

  • When you run AI DFD on a property—either individually or in bulk—Invelo records that the property has been analyzed.

  • On future AI DFD imports, these previously analyzed properties can be automatically excluded from the selection.

  • This keeps your workflow focused on fresh prospects, helping you maximize your time and effort when virtually scouting neighborhoods.

How to exclude previously analyzed records

  1. Follow the steps listed here on how to run AI Driving for Dollars in Invelo's List Builder.

  2. Before importing, toggle the option to exclude already analyzed records. This ensures AI DFD only evaluates new properties and avoids duplicates in your workspace.

Tips for best results

  • Make sure property records are accurate and complete to ensure AI DFD analyzes the correct properties.

  • Regularly check which properties have been analyzed to avoid duplicates and maintain an efficient workflow.

  • Combine AI insights with your own research for the most reliable lead generation.

With AI Driving for Dollars now tracking analyzed properties, you can exclude previously reviewed listings from future AI DFD imports, saving time and focusing on new opportunities. This makes virtual property scouting faster, smarter, and more productive, helping you build actionable lead lists without duplicating effort.
