How call credits and per-minute rates work across different plans
Invelo’s built-in dialer allows you to make outbound calls directly from the platform, making it easier to reach out to leads and manage follow-ups without switching tools. The cost of calling is charged per minute and varies depending on your subscription plan.
Cost breakdown by plan
The per-minute rate for using the built-in dialer depends on your plan:

Starter Plan: $0.06 per minute

For example, $10 in calling credits gives you approximately 166 minutes of call time.

Growth Plan: $0.05 per minute

With $10 in credits, you’ll get around 200 minutes of call time.

Professional Plan: $0.04 per minute

With $10 in credits, you’ll get approximately 250 minutes of call time.

What’s included in the per-minute cost
The per-minute charge covers the entire call duration, including:

Ringing time

Time spent leaving a voicemail

Connected call time
Calls are billed in one-minute increments, meaning even short calls (for example, 10 seconds) are counted as one minute. If a call lasts 1 minute and 10 seconds, it will be billed as 2 minutes.
Phone number reservation fee
Invelo’s built-in dialer uses local phone numbers to help improve call deliverability. To support this, phone numbers are purchased on-demand when you initiate a call, rather than being pre-ordered in advance.
A $1 fee is charged per new phone number reservation to cover provider costs.
This means a phone number is only purchased when you actually start a call that requires a new number for that area code.
Once purchased, a phone number is reserved for 14 days. If the number is used again within that period, the reservation is extended for another 14 days. Numbers that remain unused for 14 days are released, and a new $1 fee will apply the next time a number is needed for that area code.
The $1 fee applies per new number, not per call. Calls made using an already reserved number do not incur additional charges, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining local caller ID functionality.
This system ensures users are only charged for the numbers they actually use, while keeping numbers available for reuse within the 14-day reservation window.
When am I charged the $1 fee?
You will be charged $1 only when a new phone number needs to be reserved for your dialer session. If the system already has a reserved number available for that area code, no additional charge will occur.
Outbound vs. Inbound Calls
The per-minute rate applies only to outbound calls made through the built-in dialer.

Inbound calls: Not applicable (Invelo does not charge for incoming calls through tracking numbers or SmrtPhone).
When placing a call from a contact or property record, the dialer will automatically default to either SmrtPhone (if connected) or your device’s native calling feature.
