Exploring current record quality
Learn how to assess the quality of your prospects
The Current Record Quality section in Prospecting Analytics evaluates the strength of your data based on the quality of the lists each record is assigned to. Rather than looking at individual record details, this metric reflects how reliable and targeted your lists are overall. High-quality lists lead to better segmentation, improved outreach, and a greater chance of converting prospects into leads.
How Record Quality is Determined
The quality tier is based on the type of list(s) a prospect is assigned to. Lists that are considered more targeted, niche, or motivated (such as pre-foreclosure or related party lists) may contribute to a higher quality score, while more general or less actionable lists may indicate lower quality.
Why Record Quality Matters
Understanding your record quality helps you:
-
Prioritize outreach to high-quality leads
-
Identify lists that generate better results
-
Improve your prospecting strategy by focusing on stronger sources
Where to Find It
You can view record quality under the Prospecting Analytics section of your dashboard. The system will display the total number of prospects in each quality tier, helping you monitor list performance and overall data strength.
