Exploring Property Pins on the Map in List Builder

Learn how to view, explore, and analyze properties directly from the map in Invelo’s List Builder.

The List Builder Map in Invelo gives you a visual and interactive way to explore properties and import them directly from the map. Each pin on the map represents a property that meets your search filters, and clicking on a pin opens up a wealth of data at your fingertips.

Step 1: Click a Property Pin

When viewing properties in List Builder, you’ll see purple-coded pins placed on the map based on your filter criteria.

• When you do a search in List Builder, these numbered bubbles appear on the map

  

• Click the pin to open a pop-up preview showing a snapshot of the property.

  

This pop-up will display:

• A Google Street View image of the property (if available)

• Key property data like address, owner type, estimated value, and more. It also shows owner information and the comps tool.

  

Step 2: View the Property Details

From the pop-up, click the property image to open the Property Details modal — this is where you’ll find the full profile of the property organized into different sections:

Property Details Tab

Get a comprehensive view of the property, including:

• Address, parcel number, and property type

• Year built, square footage, lot size, bedrooms, and bathrooms

• Characteristics, land, and zoning information

  

Valuation & Equity Tab

See the property’s financial insights at a glance:

• Estimated market value

• Estimated equity and debt

• Valuation trends and data sources

  

Tax Information Tab

Understand the property’s tax profile:

• Assessed value and tax amount

• Tax year and jurisdiction details

Last Sale Information Tab

Review the most recent sale data:

• Last sale date, price, and buyer/seller info

• Deed type and recording details

MLS & Foreclosure Tab

If available, you’ll also see:

• Active or past MLS listings

• Foreclosure or pre-foreclosure data

Step 3: Check the Owner Tab

Switch to the Owner tab to learn more about who owns the property.
You’ll find:

• Owner name(s) and mailing address

• Ownership type (individual, company, trust, etc.)

  

Step 4: Use the Comps Tab to Analyze Value

The Comps tab helps you compare the selected property with similar ones nearby.
You can:

• View recent sales within a chosen distance

• Compare square footage, lot size, and price per sq. ft.

• Adjust filters (distance, sale date range, property type, etc.) to refine your comp list

  
  
• The Map tab shows the location of the property in the map view
• The Table view shows the same records without the images in a table
  
  You can click Import record right from the property details modal to save the property directly into one of your lists, no need to leave the map view.

The Pins on the Map in List Builder make it simple to explore and analyze properties visually. From quick overviews to detailed data, everything you need to research, evaluate, and take action on a property is just a few clicks away.
