The **List Builder Map** in Invelo gives you a visual and interactive way to explore properties and import them directly from the map. Each **pin** on the map represents a property that meets your search filters, and clicking on a pin opens up a we alth of data at your fingertips.     --- ### Step 1: Click a Property Pin When viewing properties in **List Builder**, you’ll see purple-coded **pins** placed on the map based on your filter criteria. - When you do a search in List Builder, these numbered bubbles appear on the map ![](https://helpdesk.inveloapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2025-05-38-08-5060-PM.png?width=688&height=453&name=image-png-Oct-29-2025-05-38-08-5060-PM.png) - Click the pin to open a **pop-up preview** showing a snapshot of the property. ![](https://helpdesk.inveloapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2025-05-37-13-9598-PM.png?width=688&height=429&name=image-png-Oct-29-2025-05-37-13-9598-PM.png) This pop-up will display: - A Google Street View image of the property (if available) - Key property data like address, owner type, estimated value, and more. Invelo’s **Comping Tool** lets you analyze property values by comparing them with similar properties nearby, helping you estimate market value, assess investments, and make confident, data-driven decisions. --- The **Pins on the Map in List Builder** make it simple to explore and analyze properties visually.
