File import limits for property and contact records

Understanding the maximum file size and record count when importing data

To ensure smooth and efficient data processing, we’ve implemented limits on file imports for both Property and Contact records in the system. Please review the following guidelines before uploading your files.

Import Limits

When importing your data, please ensure your file meets the following requirements:

• File Size Limit: Maximum of 20 MB per file

• Record Limit: Up to 50,000 records per import

These limits help maintain platform stability and ensure a faster, more reliable import experience for all users.

Tips for Successful Imports

• If your file exceeds 20 MB, consider splitting it into smaller chunks and uploading each file separately.

• Double-check your formatting before uploading to avoid errors. We recommend using CSV format for best results.

• Use consistent headers and ensure all required fields are included.

• If you're importing more than 50,000 records, divide your list across multiple files and upload them one at a time.
