Find Current Owner

Keep your property data accurate by identifying the most recent owner for any record, individually or in bulk.

The Find Current Owner feature helps you keep your property data accurate and up-to-date — at no extra cost.

When you use this feature, Invelo searches the most recent deed transfer to confirm ownership details and automatically updates the primary contact with:

Current owner name
Updated mailing address

Note: This is different from Skip Tracing.
Find Current Owner only provides the name and mailing address of the most recent owner — it does not include phone numbers or email addresses.

💡 Why this matters

This feature is especially useful if:

The property was recently sold, and the ownership has changed.
The contact you manually imported isn’t the actual owner on record.

Keeping your ownership data current ensures your marketing and outreach reach the right people.

How to Find the Current Owner

You can find the current owner individually or in bulk.

For an individual record

Go to the property record.
Click on Manage.
Select Find Current Owner.
Invelo will automatically search for the latest deed transfer and update the ownership information.

For multiple records (bulk update)

Go to the Prospects page or Leads/Deals page (List View).
Select the records by checking the checkboxes beside each one.
Click on More.
Select Find Current Owner.
Invelo will process the request and update all selected records with the latest ownership details
