Find Current Owner

Use Find Current Owner to confirm the most recent deed transfer and update your record with the latest owner’s name and mailing address.

This feature is free to use and ensures you’re not targeting someone who no longer owns the property.

How to use it:

  • From a single record: Go to the property record → click ManageFind Current Owner.

  • Bulk update: From your list view, select multiple records → click MoreFind Current Owner.


Skip Trace Primary Contact

Skip Trace Primary Contact provides the most up-to-date contact details for the property’s owner or primary contact. It returns:

  • Mailing address and deliverability status

  • Phone numbers and email addresses

  • Vacancy and Do Not Call (DNC) status

  • Contact distress/risk indicators
