How do you find list builder results after import?

Once you’ve built and imported a list using List Builder, your property results are automatically saved and organized inside your Invelo account, ready for analysis, marketing, or follow-up.

Where to Find Your Results

After importing your list from List Builder:

1. Go to the Prospects tab in the left-hand menu.

   
   
   

2. In the upper right corner, below your profile icon, click the All prospects tab.

   

3. A pop-up modal will appear. Click the Add new filter button.

   
   
   If you added your list builder results to a list or tag when importing (recommended), you can easily filter and view those records in your Prospects database.
   
   
4. Click the Select Filter box and search for your filter criteria.
   
   
   It is recommended to add your List Builder results to a list or tag so you can easily filter or sort them in your database after import.
   
   
5. Look for the list or tag you added your records to by typing list or tags in the search bar. Then Click Apply.
   
   
   
   
   
6. You’ll see the number of your List Builder results in your Prospects database. From there, click the dropdown arrow to manage those records.
   

What You Can Do Next

• Create a marketing audience directly from your imported list.

• View property details by clicking any record to open its full property profile.
