Invelo’s List Builder doesn’t just help you find properties; it keeps your marketing campaigns and analytics data accurate and up-to-date. When your lists update, your marketing and reporting tools adjust in real time, ensuring that only the right properties are targeted and tracked.

 

 


How the Sync Works

When you create or update a property record, Invelo automatically syncs that data across the platform:

  • Marketing: Property data becomes available for campaigns, automations, and workflows. If the property becomes a lead, it is removed from your marketing campaign. 

    • Campaigns are designed to reach prospective sellers only, properties that haven’t yet progressed into active leads. 
  • Analytics: Property data contributes to your performance metrics, such as engagement rates, property activity, and conversion outcomes.

 

This sync happens in real time, ensuring that when your property updates, your marketing and reporting update instantly.


In Marketing: Using List Builder Results for Campaigns

Once your list is created in List Builder, it will automatically appear in your Prospects database. From there, you can easily use it to build a marketing audience.

 

You can use this synced data to:

  • Send email, text, or direct mail campaigns to targeted property owners.

  • Enroll properties in automated workflows triggered by list or tags assignment.

  • Segment your audiences by motivation, ownership type, or geography for more precise outreach.

 

Example: If you build a “Vacant Land Owners with Delinquent Taxes” list, you can immediately launch a workflow or campaign targeting just those owners — without re-uploading or recreating lists.


In Analytics: Tracking List Performance

Your List Builder results also sync to Analytics, allowing you to measure and understand how each list performs over time.

 

You can:

  • Monitor list engagement and lead progression – See how many properties from your list have moved through different lifecycle stages (e.g., from Prospect to Lead), helping you measure the effectiveness of your targeting.
  • Track campaign and workflow outcomes – View metrics like response rates, connected calls, or conversions tied to lists used in marketing campaigns or automation workflows.
  • Analyze list growth and performance trends – Compare performance across multiple lists over time to identify which filters or investing strategies generate the highest-quality leads.

Track how your lists perform in Invelo Analytics by monitoring engagement, lead progression, and campaign results. See which lists convert best, measure response rates, and spot trends to refine your targeting and investing strategy.

 


Keeping Your Data Fresh

If you’ve enabled Auto-add in List Builder, new properties that meet your filter criteria will automatically sync into your connected marketing campaigns,workflows and analytics dashboards.

 

That means your campaigns and reports are always working with the latest data — no manual updates required.


Example Workflow

Here’s how the sync works in action:

  1. You create a List Builder filter for absentee owners with high equity and enable Auto-Add.

  2. You connect that list to a “High Equity Owners” campaign in Marketing.

  3. As new qualifying properties are added, they automatically join your campaign and appear in Analytics reports.

 

With this setup, your data, marketing, and reporting stay perfectly aligned, all in real time.
