Unenrolling a record from a campaign
Remove individual contacts or properties from a campaign with just a few clicks.
There may be times when you need to stop outreach to a specific contact or property within an active campaign—whether they’ve asked not to be contacted, or simply no longer fit your target criteria. Invelo allows you to manually unenroll individual records from a campaign at any time.
🚫 Steps to Manually Unenroll a Record:

Navigate to the Campaigns tab in your Invelo dashboard.

Open the campaign from which you want to unenroll a record.

Go to the Enrollments tab on the campaign page.

Locate the specific record you want to remove and click View Details.

Click the Unenroll Records button to complete the process.
📌 Important Note
If the direct mail sequence for a record is already processing, the outreach for that specific sequence will still be completed even after unenrollment. Unenrolling only stops the record from receiving any future sequences that haven't started processing yet.
Once unenrolled, the record will no longer receive any new outreach from that campaign, giving you greater flexibility and control over your marketing efforts.
