Easily identify which properties have already been added to your Invelo database.

When importing property records into Invelo, you may notice a check mark icon beside some property records in the Import Modal. This small but helpful indicator is designed to give you quick visibility into which properties already exist in your database.

What the Check Icon Means

The check mark beside a property record indicates that the property has already been imported into your Invelo account.

This means:

• The property is already part of one of your existing lists.

• You don’t need to import it again; it’s already saved in your database.

• You can also choose to exclude existing records during import for cleaner data management.

Why It’s Helpful

The check icon makes it easy to spot properties that are already in your Invelo database. You’ll see it beside property records in the Import Modal preview whenever a record from your file matches an existing property in your lists.

This visual cue helps you quickly identify existing properties and keep your database clean and accurate. If you notice properties without a check mark, those are new records that can safely be added to your list.
