Import Your Primary Contacts
Mark the right person as the main contact for each property during import.
When importing property records, you can also include your Primary Contacts — the main person associated with each property (like the homeowner).
Here’s how it works:

Go to your Imports page and start a new Property Import.

Upload your file — make sure it includes both the Property Address and the Contact Details (name, phone, or email).

Map your fields accordingly.

On the import preview, you’ll see a box labeled “Make Primary.”

Tick this box to set that contact as the Primary Contact for the property.

Only one Primary Contact can be assigned per property.

Complete your import and confirm that the Primary Contact appears correctly in your records.
