Learn how to import notes from a CSV file and attach them to your records in Invelo.
You can easily import your property or contact notes into Invelo using a CSV file. This allows you to transfer your existing notes from another platform or a spreadsheet into your Invelo account quickly.
Important Reminder
Currently, Invelo supports importing one note column at a time. If you have multiple note fields (for example, "Note 1," "Note 2," and "Note 3"), you’ll need to upload each note column separately.
How to Import Notes
-
Prepare your CSV file
-
Ensure your file includes the records (properties or contacts) you want to update.
-
Include a single Notes column containing the note you want to import.
-
For property records, you’ll need to include at least the address, city, state, and ZIP code.
-
For contact records, make sure to include the first and last name (or company name) and at least one contact detail — such as a phone number, email, or mailing address — so the note can be properly linked to the correct record.
-
-
Go to the Import Page
