Answers to your most common questions about running marketing campaigns in Invelo 2.0

Invelo 2.0 brings powerful updates to how you manage and execute your marketing campaigns. Whether you're sending direct mail, email, or SMS, this FAQ covers the most common questions users have about setting up, running, and optimizing campaigns in the new and improved platform. If you're new to Invelo or transitioning from the previous version, this guide will help you get the most out of your marketing efforts.

  • How to check the status of the marketing campaign
    • You can check the status of your marketing campaign by clicking the Details tab of the selected marketing campaign page. From there, you can check the status of each batch, including the number of records completed, number of records failed, and the batch cost. 
  • What are the campaign data points from Invelo? 
    • Total sent: This is the total number of touches successfully sent in the campaign, excluding failed records. 
    • Deliverability rate: The percentage of successfully delivered records. Direct mail is based on USPS delivery status, while all other channels reflect the number of records sent successfully.
    • Total leads converted: The total number of converted leads that were part of this campaign, along with the lead conversion rate.
    • Total spent: The total amount spent on the campaign or sequence, calculated based on the order amount.
  • How to manually enroll a record into a campaign
    • You can manually enroll a record into a campaign by going to the single property/contact record view, clicking on Manage, and selecting Enroll into campaign. From there, choose the campaign you'd like to enroll the record into. 
  • How to unenroll a record from a campaign
    • To manually unenroll a record from a campaign, go to the Enrollments tab of the selected marketing campaign page. From there, look for the record you want to unenroll and select View Details. Click Unenroll records afterwards.
  • How to edit an Invelo pre-made template
    • Go to Template library and create a new template. After choosing the direct mail type, click on Templates and choose Invelo templates. From there, you can pick the Invelo template you'd like to edit. 
  • How to download the proof of your template
    • Go to the Template library and choose the template you'd like to check. Once you're in the Edit template page, click on Download proof.
  • Processing marketing batches and send dates
    • Invelo processes marketing batches only once a day at around 8PM EST. Once marketing batches are processed, the Send dates indicated in the campaign will change from TBD to the actual send date.
