Customization Options (Growth & Professional Plans)
If you're on the Growth or Professional plan, you have the added flexibility to customize the Lead Intake Form. You can:

Add or remove specific fields

Reword questions to match your tone or branding

Rearrange question order to better match your intake workflow
To customize your form:

Go to a Property record > Lead Intake, and click on Customize (gear icon); or
- Go to Settings > Forms

Make your changes and click Save
