Making a call from inside a single property record

Quickly reach out to property contacts directly from the property record view

Making calls directly from Invelo is a convenient way to connect with property owners or contacts without leaving the platform. By using the property record view, you can initiate calls quickly and keep all your communications organized in one place.

To make a call from a property record in Invelo, follow these steps:

  1. Open a Property Record:

    • Navigate to any single property record view in your CRM.

  2. Call from the contact panel: 

    • On the left side of the page, you’ll see the property contact’s phone numbers.

    • Click the phone number you want to call, and the system will initiate the call.

  3. Call from the Activities Tab:

    • Go to the Call tab under the Activities section.

    • Click Make a Call and select the number you wish to dial.

Important:

  • You must have an active smrtPhone integration to make calls directly from Invelo.

  • All calls made through Invelo will be logged automatically under the property’s activity history.

By using these methods, you can efficiently manage your outreach and keep your call records organized in one central place.
