Manage your Invelo subscription

Learn how to manage your Invelo plan, update billing frequency, view your renewal date, and manage your payment method

Keeping your Invelo subscription up to date ensures uninterrupted access to powerful real estate investing tools. Whether you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan, change your billing frequency, update your payment method, or check your renewal date, Invelo makes it easy to manage your subscription directly from your account settings.

Update your subscription and billing frequency

You can update your Invelo's subscription and billing frequency by following these steps: 

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Billing & Plan from the dropdown menu.

  2. On the Subscription Plan page, toggle the billing frequency to either monthly or yearly based on your preference.

  3. Click Change Plan under the subscription tier you want to switch to.

View your renewal date

To view your renewal date, you may follow the instructions below:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Billing & Plan from the dropdown menu.

  2. You will see your current plan and renewal date on your Subscription Plan page.

Manage your payment method 

You can view your manage your current payment method by following these steps: 

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Billing & Plan from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click Manage Billing beside your current plan and renewal date on your Subscription Plan page.

  3. Locate your payment information and select the edit button beside it.

  4. Select Add payment method and enter your new payment method details.

  5. Click Update

Important Notes: 

  • No Refunds for Downgrades or Cancellations – If you downgrade or cancel your subscription mid-cycle, Invelo does not provide refunds, as outlined in our Customer Terms of Service.
  • Upgrades Are Prorated – If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount immediately.
