Managing campaigns in Invelo

Managing Cancellations, Enrollment Rules, and Re-enrollments

Campaigns in Invelo are designed to give you full control over your marketing outreach while ensuring your records are managed efficiently. To prevent confusion and maintain data integrity, we’ve introduced updates that improve how canceled campaigns, duplicate enrollments, and re-enrollments are handled.

Campaign Cancellation

When you cancel a campaign, Invelo now displays “Canceled” within the campaign timeline. Additionally, any batches that were originally pending will also appear in the timeline for clear visibility. This makes it easier to track campaign history and understand which actions were completed or stopped.

Preventing Duplicate Enrollments

To ensure your campaigns remain clean and organized, Invelo will prevent duplicate property records from enrolling in the same campaign. A property record must first complete the campaign before it can be re-enrolled.

Unenrolling Records from Campaigns

If a record has been unenrolled from a campaign, Invelo will no longer auto-reenroll it. This is because unenrollment is considered a deliberate action by the user, signaling that the record should no longer be part of that campaign.

  • Note: This prevents accidental re-enrollment of the same properties—whether through manual actions or automated rules.

Re-enrollment After Completion

Once a record has completed a campaign, it becomes eligible for re-enrollment again, based on your re-enroll settings. This allows you to continue marketing to the same records over time, but only after their previous campaign cycle has ended.

These updates help ensure your campaigns run smoothly, prevent unnecessary duplication, and give you confidence that records are only enrolled when you want them to be.
