Managing Your Workflows: Pause, Clone, or Delete

Easily manage your outreach by pausing, duplicating, or removing workflows with just a few clicks.

Whether you're testing new strategies or cleaning up your workflow library, you can pause, clone, or delete your workflows easily within the platform. Here's how:

How to Pause a Workflow

Pausing a workflow stops it from sending any further messages or executing actions, but it keeps all your settings and progress intact.

Steps to Pause:

  1. Navigate to the Workflows tab from the left-hand menu.

  2. Find the workflow you’d like to pause.

  3. Click the Pause Button on the upper right side.

  4. Confirm when prompted.

Note: Pausing is useful if you need to make edits or want to temporarily stop outreach without losing your work.

How to Clone a Workflow

Cloning creates an exact copy of a workflow, allowing you to reuse your setup with different contact lists or modify it without affecting the original.

Steps to Clone:

  1. Go to the Workflows section.

  2. Locate the workflow you want to duplicate.

  3. Click on the Manage button on the upper right-hand side.

  4. Select Clone.

  5. Confirm when prompted.
  6. A copy of the workflow will appear labeled “[Original Workflow Name] (Copy)”.

  7. Click into the cloned version to make any edits you need.

Tip: Cloning is perfect for A/B testing or reusing proven strategies across new campaigns.

Steps to Delete:

  1. Visit the Workflows tab.

  2. Identify the workflow you want to delete.

  3. Click on the Manage button on the upper right-hand side.
  4. Select Delete.

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Warning: Deleted workflows cannot be recovered. If you're unsure, consider pausing instead.
