Easily find and organize your tasks with filters in Invelo
The Tasks tab in Invelo helps you manage your daily activities efficiently. To make it easier to locate and organize your tasks, you can use filters to sort them based on due date, team member, task type, and status. This allows you to focus on what’s most important and stay on top of upcoming or overdue actions.
Understanding the Available Filters
1. Due Date
Filter tasks by when they’re due to stay on schedule. You can choose from:
-
Overdue – Tasks that should have been completed already.
-
Today – Tasks that are due today.
-
Tomorrow – Tasks scheduled for tomorrow.
-
This Week – Tasks due within the current week.
-
Next Week – Tasks coming up next week.
-
Last Week – Tasks from the previous week, helpful for reviewing what’s been done or missed.
2. Team Member / User
If you’re working with a team, use this filter to view tasks assigned to a specific team member. This is especially useful for team leads or admins who want to track progress or balance workloads.
3. Type of Task
Categorize tasks based on their type to quickly focus on specific activities. Available types include:
-
Follow Up – Check-ins or follow-up communications.
-
Appointment – Scheduled meetings or property visits.
-
Task / To Do – General action items or reminders.
-
Call, Text, Email – Communication tasks, making it easy to track outreach efforts.
4. Status
View tasks based on their current stage of completion:
-
Open – Tasks that are still pending or in progress.
-
Completed – Tasks that have been finished.
-
Canceled – Tasks that are no longer active or needed.
Tips for Using Filters Effectively
-
Combine multiple filters to narrow down results (e.g., view only Overdue Follow Up tasks assigned to a specific team member).
-
Clear filters anytime to return to your full task list.
-
Regularly check Overdue and Today filters to stay on top of time-sensitive actions.
By using filters in the Tasks tab, you can quickly organize your workflow, monitor team productivity, and ensure no important tasks fall through the cracks.
