This feature helps you stay organized, respond faster to leads, and maintain consistent communication with your contacts. You can easily identify which calls need follow-up and take action directly from the dashboard. Each missed call includes details such as the caller’s name (if linked to a contact record), phone number, and timestamp. - **Recent Messages:** This shows text messages that have not yet received a reply. Reviewing this section ensures that you never overlook a conversation and can quickly re-engage with your contacts. Clicking on a message thread opens the full conversation view, allowing you to respond or review previous exchanges. - **Tasks for This Week:** Here you’ll find a list of all your scheduled tasks and follow-ups for the week. This helps you prioritize your daily workflow and stay on track with your outreach efforts. Tasks can include calls to make, messages to send, or other custom actions you’ve set up within your workflows. **Tips for Managing Your Inbox Efficiently:** - Click the missed call/recent message to go directly to the related record and access full communication history. - Schedule reminders or create tasks directly from a missed call or message thread to streamline your next steps.
