FAQs
Processing marketing batches and send dates in Invelo
Understand when your campaigns are scheduled and how send dates are determined
When you launch a marketing campaign in Invelo, it's important to know when your messages will actually be sent. Invelo processes marketing batches once daily, which determines when outreach begins. Until this processing occurs, your campaign's send dates will be marked as "TBD."
When Are Batches Processed?
Invelo processes all marketing batches once per day around 8:00 PM EST. This includes any new enrollments or outreach that has been queued since the previous batch.
When Will Send Dates Appear?
Once a batch is processed, the campaign's Send Date fields will automatically update from "TBD" to the actual scheduled send date. This gives you clear visibility into when each touchpoint is expected to go out.
If you have questions about batch timing or are unsure whether your campaign has been processed, feel free to reach out to our support team via the in-app chat, or email us at support@inveloapp.com. We're here to help!
