Still, it's essential to understand what fields can be imported, what must be mapped, which fields are system-defined in Invelo, and which fields require custom field creation. Below are the exact fields from Propstream export which are detailed lists of property and contact data.   ### \*Helpful Tips for Migration 1\. **Export Data from Propstream:** Log in to your Propstream account and export the data you wish to migrate. 2\. **Prepare Your File:** Ensure your exported file is formatted correctly (csv). Review your Propstream export file and organize fields based on the categories below. 3\.  Ensure accurate mapping of the fields you can import during the file upload process. 4\. Use the **Custom Field** option in Invelo for any unique data points not covered by available fields in Invelo. 5\. **Upload File to Invelo:** Navigate to Invelo's Import section, upload your file, and map the fields to match Invelo’s requirements. 6\. **Review and Confirm:** Verify the mapped fields, add **Custom Fields** where necessary, and complete the import process. \***Custom Fields** are available on the [**Growth** and **Professional** plan](https://app.inveloapp.com/account/billing/subscription) only. ### Fields You Can Import These fields can be mapped in the file upload process and imported directly into Invelo.   **Property Data** - Address - Unit # - City - State - Zip - APN (Assessor Parcel Number) - Owner 1 and 2 First Name - Owner 1 and 2 Last Name - Mailing Address (Street, Unit #, City, State, Zip) - Mailing County - Do Not Mail - Date Added to List - Method of Add **Contact Data** - First Name - Last Name - Company Name - Type - Status - Street Address - City - State - Zip - Mail Street Address - Mail City - Mail State - Mail Zip - Cell - Landline - DNC (Do Not Contact) - Email 1 - Email 2 ### System Defined These fields are automatically populated by Invelo and cannot be mapped or imported.   **Property Data** - County - Owner Occupied - Property Type - Bedrooms - Total Bathrooms - Building Sqft - Lot Size Sqft - Effective Year Built - Total Assessed Value - Last Sale Recording Date - Last Sale Amount - Estimated Value - Estimated Equity - MLS Status - MLS Date - MLS Amount ### Custom Field \*Available for [Growth and Professional plan](https://app.inveloapp.com/account/billing/subscription) users only.
