How to Filter by Status in the Enrollments Tab
Quickly find records based on where they are in your workflow automation.
The Enrollments tab in Workflow allows you to filter enrolled records by their current status, making it easier to focus on records that need attention or are in specific stages of your automation.
Available Status Filters
You can filter records using the following Status options:
-
None
No filters applied. -
Pending
The record is waiting for the next step to execute, often due to delays (like scheduled send dates or wait conditions). -
Processing
The record is actively moving through one or more steps in the workflow. -
Completed
All steps in the workflow have successfully finished for this record. -
Unenrolled
The record has been manually removed or automatically unenrolled due to conditions set in the workflow or an error.
How to Apply a Status Filter
-
Go to the Workflow section and click on the Enrollments tab.
-
At the top or side of the page, locate the Filter Status dropdown.
-
Click to expand and choose the status you want to filter by:
-
None
-
Pending
-
Processing
-
Completed
-
Unenrolled
-
-
The list will automatically update to show only records with the selected status.
You can switch between statuses at any time to get a real-time view of how records are progressing.
Use Cases
-
Follow up on stuck records: Filter by Pending or None to see what hasn’t started or is waiting.
-
Review results: Use Completed to assess which records have successfully gone through your full workflow.
-
Debug issues: Check Unenrolled to investigate records that exited the workflow early.
