Rejoining Invelo after cancellation

Understanding how your account is handled if you return after canceling

If you cancel your Invelo account and later decide to sign up again using the same email address and company name, here's what you can expect:

  • Within 60 Days of Cancellation: If you rejoin within 60 days of canceling your account, your original Invelo 2.0 tenant ID and associated data may still be available, and you may be reinstated under the same ID.

  • After 60 Days: If more than 60 days have passed since cancellation, your account and data will be permanently removed, and signing up again will result in the creation of a brand new tenant ID. This is treated as a fresh start, with none of the previous account data retained.

Please note that when you cancel your account, all your data will be deleted after 60 days. This includes all your records, your card on file, and any marketing campaigns that you have running.
