What You’ll See in the Prospecting Overview

The overview provides a breakdown of key prospecting metrics based on your entire prospect database, helping you measure performance, identify gaps, and prioritize actions.

Here’s what each section means:

1. Enrolled in Marketing

  • This shows the number of prospects currently enrolled in a marketing campaign, such as direct mail or email sequences. It gives you a sense of how much of your prospect list is being actively engaged.
  • Why it matters: If only a small portion of your prospects are enrolled, you may be missing opportunities to nurture leads.

2. Auto-Adds

  • This metric reflects the number of new prospects added to your database in the last 30 days through the auto-add feature in List Builder. It’s shown as a count relative to your total prospect list.
  • Why it matters: This helps you track how consistently your list is growing through automation and whether your filters are still pulling in high-quality leads.

3. No Communication

  • These are prospect records with no recorded engagement or outreach—no emails sent, calls made, or mail campaigns triggered. It’s based on your full list of prospects.
  • Why it matters: These leads are going cold. Use this insight to trigger outreach and keep your pipeline moving.

4. Lost Prospects

  • This count includes prospects marked as lost due to disqualifying reasons, such as the property being recently sold, marked Do Not Contact, or identified as a bad fit.
  • Why it matters: Understanding how many records are being disqualified helps you evaluate list quality and refine your targeting over time.
