Reviewing current stacked lists
Identify prospects appearing on multiple lists to prioritize high-potential leads
The Current Stacked Lists feature shows you how many prospects appear on multiple lists. Prospects found on several lists often indicate higher motivation and present stronger targeting opportunities. By reviewing these stacked lists, you can focus your outreach on leads with the greatest potential for engagement and conversion.
What Are Stacked Lists?
A stacked prospect is one that shows up on more than one list—such as pre-foreclosure, absentee owner, and tax delinquent lists. When a property appears across several of these indicators, it typically suggests greater distress or selling urgency. A good rule of thumb: the more lists a property appears on, the more likely the owner is to be motivated to sell.
Why This Matters
Focusing on stacked prospects allows you to:
-
Prioritize leads with higher conversion potential
-
Create more targeted and effective marketing campaigns
-
Improve overall ROI by concentrating on the most promising opportunities
Where to Find It
You can view your stacked list data under the Prospecting Analytics section. Invelo will display how many of your current prospects appear on multiple lists, helping you decide where to direct your time and outreach efforts.
