Set up your Constant Contact integration

Integrating Constant Contact with Invelo allows you to connect your email marketing platform directly to your CRM workflow. Once connected, you can seamlessly sync contacts and leverage your marketing campaigns more efficiently.

How to connect your Constant Contact account

Follow these steps to connect your Constant Contact account to Invelo:

1. Click your profile icon located in the top-right corner of the page.
   
2. From the dropdown menu, select Integrations.
   
3. On the Integrations page, locate and select Constant Contact.
   
4. Click Add Constant Contact.
   
5. Select Connect with Constant Contact.
   
6. You will be redirected to the Constant Contact Login Page.
   
7. Log in using your Constant Contact credentials.
8. Once authentication is complete, your Constant Contact account will be successfully connected to Invelo.

Troubleshooting tips

If you encounter any issues during the connection process:

• Verify that you are using the correct Constant Contact login credentials.
• Ensure that your browser allows pop-ups and redirects.
• Try logging out of both Invelo and Constant Contact, then attempt the connection again.
• If the issue persists, contact Invelo Support and provide screenshots or a screen recording of the error for further assistance.
