Set up your Gmail integration

Connecting Gmail to Invelo allows you to manage your email communications directly within Invelo. Once connected, you can send and receive 1-on-1 emails from your Gmail account through the Invelo Inbox and use your Gmail integration with workflows to streamline your communication with leads and prospects.

How to connect your Gmail account

Follow the steps below to connect your Gmail account to Invelo.

1. Open Integrations

From your Invelo dashboard:

1. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
   
2. From the dropdown menu, select Integrations.
   

You'll be redirected to the Integrations page.

2. Select Gmail

On the Integrations page:

1. Find and select Gmail.
   
2. When the Gmail integration modal appears, click Add Gmail.
   
3. Click Connect Gmail account.
   

3. Choose your Gmail account

After clicking Connect Gmail account, you'll be redirected to the Google sign-in page.

1. Select the Gmail account you want to connect to Invelo.
2. Review the permissions requested by Invelo.
3. When Google displays the message:"This will allow inveloapp.com to: Read, compose, and send emails from your Gmail account"click Allow to authorize the integration.

4. Confirm your Gmail integration

After granting permission, you'll be redirected back to Invelo's Gmail integration page.

Your newly connected Gmail account should now appear under Connected accounts.

Your Gmail account is now connected to Invelo and can be used for 1-on-1 email communication through your Invelo Inbox and supported workflows.

Using your Gmail integration

Once your Gmail account is connected, you can use it to manage your 1-on-1 email communications directly within Invelo.

Your Gmail integration allows you to:

• Send emails to your leads and prospects from the Invelo Inbox.
• Receive emails and view incoming communication within the Inbox.
• Track email conversations against the appropriate CRM records.
• Use Gmail with workflows to support your lead follow-up and communication processes.

Connecting Gmail to Invelo helps you keep your 1-on-1 email communication connected to your CRM. Instead of switching between platforms, you can manage your conversations from the Invelo Inbox while keeping your communication history associated with your leads and prospects.

Once your Gmail account appears under Connected accounts, you're ready to start using Gmail with Invelo.
