With this integration, you are able to click-to-call and text, send SMS marketing, manage your entire team's communication efforts, and get access to KPI reporting.  ### Before You Begin Before integrating smrtPhone with Invelo, we highly recommend going through smrtPhone’s official **Beginner’s Guide & Training**: [New to smrtPhone? Start Here – Complete Beginner’s Guide](https://docs.smrtphone.io/en/articles/5423254-new-to-smrtphone-start-here-complete-beginner-s-guide-training) This guide includes: - How to set up your smrtPhone account - How to acquire and configure phone numbers - How to create call flows and manage teams - Using the smrtPhone dashboard - Overview of CRM integrations (including Invelo) - Video tutorials and additional resources ### Access Requirements To use the smrtPhone integration, you must have a paid Invelo subscription and a [smrtPhone subscription](https://www.smrtphone.io/smrtphone-pricing/). - You also must purchase or port a phone number in your smrtPhone account. - You would need at least a Starter plan subscription with smrtPhone although it is going to limit you to one user only. - To enhance compliance and security across the smrtPhone platform, you would need to verify your identity in smrtPhone before purchasing your first phone number. ### Install the smrtPhone integration  - [Create](https://www.smrtphone.io/start-trial/) or [login](https://phone.smrt.studio/login?_gl=1*qfmeic*_gcl_au*MjA3ODQ0MDc3My4xNzIwNjIyMTc3*_ga*MzQ3Mjg0NjE1LjE3MDE4MDQwODU.*_ga_5SYSPRHCGB*MTcyMjU0MjQ1Ny4yNi4xLjE3MjI1NDY2MjQuNjAuMC4w) to your smrtPhone account.  - You will need to select Invelo as your CRM when signing up for smrtPhone. ![](https://helpdesk.inveloapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-07-30%20at%2010-42-46%E2%80%AFAM-png.png?width=600&height=441&name=Screenshot%202024-07-30%20at%2010-42-46%E2%80%AFAM-png.png) - Now go to your Invelo account and click on the **Profile icon** in the top navigation bar. Once you're in the smrtPhone integration page, **copy your Invelo API Key**. - - After you have copied your Invelo API Key, click on the linked website for smrtPhone.
