Gain deeper insights into your direct mail, email, and text campaigns
Invelo recently introduced new marketing filters to help you better track, segment, and analyze your outreach. With these filters, you’ll be able to identify which leads have recently been contacted, see engagement with QR codes, and balance your communication across different channels.
📌 Important Notes:
- Marketing data for emails and text messages will be available only for property records marketed to starting August 27. We couldn’t pull this data for property records and their legacy campaigns. However, contact records will include legacy data.
- Only marketing touches from campaigns are counted in these filters. Outreach efforts from workflows and one-off messages are not yet included.
Available Filters
Direct Mail

Last direct mail date – Shows when a record last received a direct mail piece.

Last direct mail date with offer – Tracks the most recent direct mail that included an offer.

Last direct mail date with QR code – Tracks the most recent direct mail that included a QR code.

Last direct mail offer % – Filters records based on the last offer percentage included in direct mail.

Last direct mail offer value – Filters records by the last dollar value offered.

Last direct mail status – Displays the most recent status of a direct mail piece (e.g., sent, delivered).

Number of direct mail sent – Shows the total count of direct mail pieces sent to a record.
QR Code Tracking

Number of QR scans – Shows how many times a QR code tied to a direct mail has been scanned.

Last QR code scan date – Displays the most recent date a QR code tied to a direct mail was scanned.
Email Marketing

Number of marketing emails sent – Shows how many marketing emails have been sent to a record.

Last marketing email date – Displays the most recent date a marketing email was sent.
SMS Marketing

Number of marketing texts sent – Shows how many marketing texts have been sent to a record.
