Learn how Invelo auto-scales your property records when importing through List Builder

When importing property lists through Invelo’s List Builder, your plan includes a set number of property records each month. If your import exceeds this limit, Invelo automatically scales your property records to accommodate your full list. This article explains how this billing works, so you can manage your property imports with confidence.


How property records billing works

  1. Plan threshold
    Every Invelo plan includes a monthly quota of property records. This quota is the number of property records you can import and analyze each month without incurring additional charges.

  2. Automatic scaling
    If your List Builder import exceeds your plan’s property record quota, Invelo will automatically bill for the additional records. You don’t need to manually adjust your plan—this ensures that your campaigns always include all relevant properties.

  3. Billing rates
    Additional records are billed at a fixed rate: $0.90 per 1,000 records over your plan’s monthly quota. For example:

    • Your plan includes 5,000 records.

    • You import 6,500 records through List Builder.

    • You will be billed for 1,500 additional records at $0.90 per 1,000 records, totaling $1.35.

  4. Where to find charges
    Charges for auto-scaled property records will appear on your Invelo billing statement under Property Record Auto-Scaling.
