When running a marketing campaign in Invelo, it's essential to understand how your outreach is performing. 📊 Campaign Data Points Explained

  • Total Sent
    This represents the total number of touches (emails, SMS, or direct mail) that were successfully sent during the campaign. It excludes any failed or undeliverable records.

  • Deliverability Rate
    This is the percentage of messages that were successfully delivered.

    The deliverability rate in the campaign is based off of the percentage of successfully delivered messages out of the total messages sent. It should be calculated as: Deliverability Rate (%) = (Total Delivered / Total Sent) × 100.

    • For direct mail, it’s based on USPS delivery status.

    • For email and SMS, it reflects the number of records successfully sent without error.

  • Total Leads Converted
    This shows how many leads in the campaign converted—i.e., were moved to a different stage in your pipeline or marked as deals. This also includes the lead conversion rate, which helps gauge campaign effectiveness.

  • Total Spent
    The overall amount spent on the campaign or sequence. This is calculated based on the actual order amount from your campaign actions (e.g., cost of mail pieces, SMS credits, etc.).
