Understanding your lead analytics is key to making smarter decisions and optimizing your investment strategy. In Invelo, lead analytics gives you a clear view of how your leads are performing across your pipeline—what’s working, what’s not, and where opportunities may be slipping through the cracks.

Here’s a breakdown of what each section means and how to use it effectively:


Lead Pipeline Flow

Track your leads based on their engagement level—Hot, Warm, or Cold. This view lets you:

  • Visualize how leads move through your sales funnel.

  • Compare lead volume, appointment and offer activity, conversion rates, pipeline speed, and deal profit by engagement level.

  • Identify which temperature group is performing best or needs more attention.

Pipeline Metrics

Quickly see the total number of:

  • Leads

  • Appointments

  • Offers

  • Closed Deals

These metrics are automatically grouped by lead temperature, giving you a snapshot of how active and productive your pipeline is at each stage.

Pipeline Velocity

Pipeline velocity shows how efficiently leads move through your pipeline. It displays:

  • The average number of days it takes for a lead to go from new to closed.

  • A clear sense of your pipeline’s speed and where you might be losing momentum.

Conversion Rates

Understand how well your pipeline converts by tracking:

  • The percentage of leads that move through each major stage:

    • Lead → Appointment

    • Appointment → Offer

    • Offer → Closed Deal

This helps you pinpoint which stages are converting well and where you're losing potential deals.

Appointment Attendance Rate

Get detailed insights into appointment activity, broken down by team member. You’ll see:

  • Total appointments set

  • Open and attended appointments

  • Canceled appointments

  • Cancellation rate
