Understanding notifications in your inbox

Learn how Invelo notifications help you monitor payments, marketing batches, and account updates

Notifications in your Invelo Inbox keep you updated on key activities happening within your account. These alerts help you track payment events, monitor marketing batches, and stay informed about important system updates all in one central place.

By regularly reviewing your notifications, you can ensure that your account is running smoothly and that no important action or update goes unnoticed.

Types of Notifications

You may receive notifications for the following activities in your account:

  • Payments: Notifications related to your auto-funding billing, such as successful charges, failed payments, or balance top-ups. These updates help you monitor your payment activity and ensure your account remains funded for ongoing campaigns and automations.

  • Marketing: Alerts when a marketing batch has started, completed, or failed to send. These notifications help you track the progress of your direct mail or SMS campaigns and quickly identify if any issues occurred during delivery.

  • System:

    • Import Completed – Notifies you when a file or record import has successfully finished processing.

    • Export Completed – Indicates that your export file has been generated and is ready for download.

    • Bulk Actions Completed – Confirms that a bulk operation (such as updating record statuses, adding tags, or changing ownership) has finished.

    • AutoPilot Audience is Ready – Alerts you when your AutoPilot audience has been created and is ready to review.

    • Records Imported Through AI Driving for Dollars Completed – Informs you when new property records from AI Driving for Dollars have been successfully added to your database.

    • Records Imported Through List Build Auto-Add Completed – Lets you know when Invelo has automatically added new records from your saved List Build filters.

These notifications ensure you can easily monitor key actions without having to leave the Inbox.

Viewing System Notifications

To view your system notifications:

  1. Go to the Inbox in your left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click the Notification tab.

  3. You’ll see a list of notifications, showing payments, marketing campaign updates, and system notices. 

  4. Optional: You can use the notifications filter to view read, unread, and all notifications, or payments, marketing, or system notifications. You also have the option to mark all of the notifications as read.

Unread notifications are highlighted until you view them.
