Understanding the Manage button in a property record

Learn the different actions you can perform from the Manage menu in a property record view

When viewing a single property record in Invelo, the Manage button gives you quick access to important actions that help you stay organized and take next steps efficiently. Whether you need to update ownership details, start marketing outreach, or remove a record, this button serves as your main control hub.

Where to Find the Manage Button

In the single property record view, look for the Manage button located at the top-right corner of the screen.

What You Can Do with the Manage Button

1. Find New Property Owner

If a property has recently changed ownership, use this option to refresh ownership data. Invelo will automatically search for the most up-to-date owner information and update the record accordingly.

Tip: This is especially useful after a property sale or transfer, ensuring your records stay accurate and actionable.

2. Enroll in a Campaign

Quickly add the property to one of your active Marketing Campaigns. This helps you begin (or continue) communication with the owner through direct mail, text, or email — without needing to leave the record view.

Example: You can directly enroll a motivated seller’s property into your “Absentee Owners – Cold Outreach” campaign.

3. Enroll in a Workflow

Assign the property to an automated Workflow to manage follow-ups, tasks, or lead nurturing sequences. This helps you stay consistent in how you engage with leads and ensures no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Example: Add the record to your “New Lead Follow-Up” workflow to trigger a series of automated steps for engagement.

4. Delete Property Record

Use this option to permanently remove the property record from your database.

⚠️ Note: Deleting a record is irreversible. Be sure you no longer need the property in your lists, campaigns, or workflows before confirming this action.

The Manage button provides a fast, convenient way to take action directly from a property record. Whether you’re updating data, launching outreach, automating follow-ups, or
