Invelo will automatically search for the most up-to-date owner information and update the record accordingly. > **Tip:** This is especially useful after a property sale or transfer, ensuring your records stay accurate and actionable. #### 2. **Enroll in a Campaign** Quickly add the property to one of your activeMarketing Campaigns. This helps you begin (or continue) communication with the owner through direct mail, text, or email — without needing to leave the record view. > **Example:** You can directly enroll a motivated seller’s property into your “Absentee Owners – Cold Outreach” campaign. #### 3. **Enroll in a Workflow** Assign the property to an automated Workflow to manage follow-ups, tasks, or lead nurturing sequences. This helps you stay consistent in how you engage with leads and ensures no opportunity slips through the cracks. > **Example:** Add the record to your “New Lead Follow-Up” workflow to trigger a series of automated steps for engagement. #### 4. **Delete Property Record** Use this option to permanently remove the property record from your database. ⚠️ **Note:** Deleting a record is irreversible.
