Each Invelo plan includes free skip tracing credits that automatically refresh every month. These credits let you find updated contact information—like phone numbers and email addresses—for property owners in your lists, helping you connect with motivated sellers faster.

How It Works

• Free skip tracing credits are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle.

• Credits refresh every month based on your current plan.

• If you upgrade or downgrade, your credits will update with your new plan in the next billing cycle.

• Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Viewing Your Credit Balance

You can check your remaining skip tracing credits anytime by going to:
Profile → Settings → Usage 

Using Your Free Credits

Invelo will always use your free skip tracing credits first.
If the number of records you skip trace goes beyond your available free credits, the system will prompt you to confirm the purchase amount before deducting from your wallet credits.
