Use property types to find your ideal properties

Selecting the right property types is essential for building a high-quality list of potential investment opportunities. Invelo’s List Builder allows you to filter properties based on their type, helping you target only those that align with your investment strategy. Whether you're looking for single-family homes, multi-family properties, or commercial real estate, using property type filters ensures that your list is tailored to your specific goals. This guide will walk you through how to apply property type filters effectively to find the properties that best match your criteria.

Using the property types filter

1. Click the List Builder tab on the menu bar at the left part of the page.
2. Enter the target location you want the property address to be in by typing the city, state, zip code, and/or county on the location search bar. 
3. Add your Invelo presets or indicators to your search. 
4. After selecting your presets or indicators, choose your preferred property types using the Property Type filters in the quick filters tab.
5. Once you're done selecting your preferred property types, click Apply filter. 
6. In case you would like to make your property type search even more specific, you may use the Detailed property types filter in the custom filters.
